Release 2.11.7: QI for DevOps

2.11.7 brings "QI for DevOps" functionality to Pace UI. Other notable changes include:

Slack notifications
Allow selecting timezone when scheduling test runs
Fix to allow direct links to Qentinel Pace runs etc.
Ability to download run artifacts
Test case analytics: report major differences in test duration/performance
Robot Framework 4.0 support
