Yes. By default Copado Robotic Testing runs all test cases and suites which can be found in your linked version control repository. However, you can control what is being run using Execution Parameters. More about execution parameters on "Documentation: Execution Parameters"
You can run individual test cases with -t and individual suites with -s execution parameter.
